Casey started working culinary at Providence restaurant, where she fell in love with the elegance and sophistication of French and Japanese cuisine. She furthered her culinary education at Red Medicine, honing her understanding for aesthetic plate-up and locally sourced ingredients. Casey traveled to Sydney, Australia cooking and continually discovering the flavor profiles she loves most. While loving the creative juices of the culinary world, she is passionate about leveling out the socio-economic landscape of the hospitality industry and practices such awareness through her business model.
