Mollie Engelhart
Mollie Engelhart is executive chef and owner of Sage Plant-Based Bistro, a growing group of plant-based organic comfort food restaurants in the greater Los Angeles area. She operates a 17-acre organic farm, Sow a Heart, focused on regenerative agriculture that doubles as an animal rescue including an aviary for rescued parrots. She is also Executive Producer of the award-winning documentary film, "May I Be Frank."
